In Bend, a single-family residence at 67149 Fryrear Road sold for $1.5 million, while a property at 65815 Old Bend Redmond Highway sold for $2.3 million, with a price per square foot of $2,053. The most expensive property in Bend was a single-family home at 560 N.W. Riverfront Street, which sold for $2.5 million.
