Locals in Bannu, Pakistan, were left shocked and grieving after three people were killed and more than 20 injured in a deadly attack on a peace rally. The violence in Bannu is just one example of the escalating turmoil in Pakistan since the Taliban gained control in neighboring Afghanistan last year.
Locals, including various civil society groups, traders, and political parties, came together to demonstrate for peace in the region.
