Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was part owner of the racehorse Swift Delivery, who finished second in the Toronto Cup Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack. Despite a slow start, Swift Delivery pushed ahead to second place behind the winner, Piper’s Factor, with Dresden Row coming in third. Jockey Sofia Vives praised Piper’s Factor as a champion in the race. Kelce’s involvement in Swift Delivery was only disclosed recently, and he reportedly owns a significant share of the 3-year-old gelding. Swift Delivery had won two previous races out of eight starts before the Toronto Cup Stakes. Taylor Swift, Kelce’s girlfriend, is set to perform in Toronto and Vancouver later in the year.
