Popular TikTok creator Terryon Thomas, also known as Mr Prada, has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The arrest warrant was issued after Thomas allegedly refused to comply with officers during a traffic stop, backed into their car, and fled in a stolen vehicle.
Photos of a person of interest in a stolen vehicle incident were posted by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, but Thomas was not named. The stolen vehicle is believed to belong to therapist William Nicholas Abraham, whose body was found wrapped in a tarp on the side of a highway. Law enforcement is investigating Abraham’s death as a homicide.
Social media posts falsely claimed that Thomas was wanted for killing Abraham, spreading speculation on TikTok and other platforms. Thomas, known for his comedic videos, has faced accusations of copying content from other creators in the past. He has expressed no remorse for replicating others’ work in now-deleted videos.
Baton Rouge police and representatives for Thomas have not yet commented on the situation. Thomas awaits extradition to Louisiana from Dallas, where he was arrested. Law enforcement officials have not named a suspect in Abraham’s death and continue to investigate the case.
