Upcoming Town Halls with Oregon Senator Ron Wyden scheduled in Prineville and Sisters

Senator Ron Wyden, along with U.S. Rep. Janelle Bynum, will be holding open-to-all town halls in Linn, Clackamas, Crook, and Deschutes counties at the middle of March. These town halls will provide Oregonians with the opportunity to voice their opinions and concerns directly to their elected officials. Wyden has made it a priority to hold at least one town hall each year in each of Oregon’s 36 counties.

In response to the current unprecedented times, Wyden emphasized the importance of elected officials meeting with citizens in their communities to have meaningful conversations and answer questions. Bynum expressed her commitment to representing Oregonians by being accessible and responsive to their needs.

The town halls are scheduled for March 16 in Linn and Clackamas counties and March 18 in Crook and Deschutes counties. The venues for these events have a limited capacity, and doors will open one hour before the start time. It is important to note that backpacks and large bags will not be allowed in the town halls for security reasons.

These town halls serve as an opportunity for constituents to engage with their representatives, voice their concerns, and participate in constructive dialogue. Both Wyden and Bynum are looking forward to the discussions that will take place during these upcoming events and aim to continue serving and fighting for the people of Oregon.
