The Knights Start Competing at USCSA Nationals in Oregon


Clarkson University’s Nordic Skiing teams kicked off the 2025 USCSA National Championships in Bend, Oregon with the 7.5km skate event. The men’s team finished in 6th place overall with Matthew Clarner leading the way in 7th place. Other team members who contributed to the scoring included Joey Rouhana and Finn Payne. The women’s team finished in 14th place with Skylar Francis leading the team in 31st place. St. Olaf College dominated the women’s competition with a sweep of the top-3 finishers.

The next event on the schedule is the Individual Sprint Classic on day two of the championships. The teams are gearing up for the competition as they look to improve their standings and continue to represent Clarkson University with pride.
