NEWBERG, Ore. — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old foster child from the Newberg area. Jordan Holterback has been unaccounted for since March 8, and officials from the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) are expressing concern for his safety.
Jordan is described as approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 143 pounds, with light brown hair and brown eyes. He also has braces, a nose ring, and pierced ears. It is believed that Jordan may be in or around Yamhill County, Marion County, the Portland Metro area, and Seaside.
The DHS has acknowledged that missing children can sometimes be in significant danger, which merits the urgent need for their location and assessment.
