Cory Bowman, 36, is a newcomer to politics, having founded an evangelical church and owned a coffee shop. He stated he’s focused on local improvements rather than national politics, inspired by his half-brother’s inauguration to enter the political arena. Although Vice President Vance did not actively campaign for Bowman, he expressed his support on social media.
Voters in Cincinnati also approved State Issue 2, a measure allowing for the $2.5 billion reauthorization of local infrastructure projects over the next decade. This election cycle highlights significant themes of local governance and political lineage as the community looks ahead to the general election.
