PHOENIX, Ore. — The Southern Oregon Annual Veg Fest drew enthusiastic crowds this Sunday at the Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary, inviting both seasoned vegans and curious newcomers to explore the benefits of plant-based living. Now in its third year, the event featured over 40 vendors showcasing local businesses dedicated to vegan offerings.
Danika Hewitt, owner of Rogue, expressed the festival’s unifying spirit: “It’s just a great way for the community, vegans, vegetarians, animal lovers, and those curious about veganism to come together.” Attendees were treated to a delightful array of plant-based foods prepared by local chefs and bakers. Live music, tractor rides, and opportunities to meet rescued animals added to the festival’s inviting atmosphere.
