Atour, a Lifestyle hotelier, sees a 55.3% rise in revenues for 2024


Atour, a Chinese hotel group, reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024, with net revenues increasing by 38.5% to RMB 2,084 million compared to the same period in 2023. For the full year of 2024, net revenues rose by 55.3% to RMB 7,248 million. Net income also saw significant growth, with a 50.5% increase in the fourth quarter and a 72.2% increase for the full year.

The company’s revenue per available room (RevPAR) for the fourth quarter was RMB 337, slightly lower than the same period in 2023 but still strong. The full year RevPAR was RMB 351.

Atour’s Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Mr. Haijun Wang, attributed the strong performance to the company’s vision of “Chinese Experience, 2,000 Premier Hotels.” He noted that Atour had achieved growth in both business scale and operational excellence, with record new hotel openings and signings in 2024. The company’s Atour 4.0 and Atour Light 3.0 segments also showed positive growth, with the latter surpassing 100 hotels in operation.

The retail business under the Atour brand also performed well, with a 127.7% year-over-year increase in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) to RMB 2.59 billion for the full year.

Overall, Atour’s strong financial results in 2024 reflect its commitment to growth and expansion in the Chinese hotel and retail markets.
